Job description We are a small but growing electrical company, we are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team. If you are an Electrician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills, this is your chance! Position Requirements: Licenses - Current and clean driver's license Must have reliable transportation Journeyman License (Preferable) Working Conditions: Job requires working in both heat and cold Able to work 8+ hours a day, 40 hours a week, overtime, and some weekends required. Responsibilities: Able to work independently. Able to layout the work and lead a crew. Troubleshoot electrical problems and install new wiring or other components. Install conduit, cables, breakers and boxes in walls, floors and ceilings; Inspect and repair electrical equipment, like circuit breakers and switches. Check electrical insulation to ensure that wires are protected against moisture and other foreign materials. Must use all power tools Interact with our customers and communicate professionally; Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Properly complete work orders and turn in paperwork. During the busy months we will work weekends when needed. Must be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills. Qualified candidates must also have all pertinent tools (25' tape, channel locks, pliers, level, strippers, hand/power tools, etc.) of the trade and PPE Must be available, and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned, to include working varying schedules that may require extended hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) and require client-specific safety standards Physical Functions: Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
