Full time or part time cleaner, organiser and assistant/administrator who is detail oriented Im looking for someone who can help me part time or part time assistant and cleaning position. For full time, main duty is to organise, clean multiple location and sometimes also help with assistance with small tasks or help out open/close small shops. It’s important for the person to be open to multitasks and understanding that cleaning will be a main job. This position is for long term, and I can accept short term for only part time. If you don’t like doing anything else but cleaning, that’s okay too. Please share your job experiences and job duties you prefer doing. Hours: 5 days a week ( full time ) 3 days a week ( part time ) 9-6pm Annual salary starting $30,000(W-2)part time $120 ~ $150 (1099) a day plus other perks and incentives Location is between Arcadia and Altadena, and very occasionally you might need to travel to Philips ranch or Altadena. Thorough background check will be administered and you must have good credit score and have valid driver’s license. Prefer bilingual ( Spanish or mandarin or Vietnamese )
