we're investors that remodel/flip houses. lot of the houses have old plumbing and in some cases cast iron pipes needing to be replaced looking for someone that can check and replace plumbing as necessary on our properties (as well as other smaller issues as they arise) a few jobs we have now: house in Crowley may need cast iron pipes replaced with pvc, need to camera the main drain line to see house in Burleson with foundation repair will need plumbing checked after foundation is adjusted house in Rockwall foundation already repaired will need plumbing checked house in north ft worth with a shower needing to be snaked you should have your own equipment. you should be able to accept Zelle as a payment method license preferred. if not licensed will need to have equivalent experience/capabilities. please text or call, could potentially start this weekend.
