Position Summary:
We are looking for a Shop Manager to be an integral part of the Martin Locksmith, a family-owned and operated business with over 40 years in the community, team. In this role, your responsibilities will include various locksmith-centric activities and, most importantly, taking care of our Customers.
To be successful as our Shop Manager, you should be able to apply your wide-array of locksmith competencies, multitask and have excellent people skills with a service-first mindset.

• Knowledge of locksmith products, parts and processes.
• Familiarity with email and scheduling tools.
