Sure Joe is a little bit zombie, old and all that. I thought he really had given up on the presidency. I am sure he knew he was slowing down, it happens to everyone to some extent. Joe has been in politics a long time and will listen to his advisers. His current poll numbers are extremely low, mainly because of the present world situation and the past ten years of economic short falls in the United States. He probably will not run in 2024.
So lets focus on the problems confronting the world today since it will effect us all. M
