I know I should not do this but I am. Looking for a personal loan of $3000 to $5000. I need it to pay bills fast and to catch up. I have a good full time job and I will pay interest or % rates. I can payback monthly, weekly etc., however you would want it to be. The duration of the loan has to be at least a year to pay back. I'm in Southern California and you must be in Cali too. I prefer to meet and discuss at a Starbucks or public place. Again, thank you
