Property ranch caretaker exchange trailer parking

Hello, I am just throwing this out there to see the response. I am needing a live in caretaker for a small 2 acre horse property in trade for parking a small trailer on the property. Abilities are wielding a chain saw, I have trees that need to be cut down, cut up and split (not many). Fence post holes dug and fences built/repaired. Painting. Skills with horses a huge plus, haltering, moving, feeding, manure cleaning. Sprinkler repair, mowing, and weed eating. Non smoker, non drinker preferred. No drugs or criminal background, pickup truck a plus. If this sounds like it is up your alley let's talk :)
