Found a water bottle somewhere in Corvallis. Possibly for a dog? Has the name Roan on it. I think it was lost recently sometime in the past week. So, to make sure I get it to the right person, tell me about where you think you might have lost it. Doesn't have to be the exact spot that I found it, but at least the general area.
