Rewire of a two bedroom apt (approx 600 sq ft), a small kitchen and a small bath to code. Recessed lighting, switches, afci receptacles, romex wire and upgrade to 100 amp panel. There is plenty of access, the plaster and lath are demolished down to stud and new drywall will be in place after the rough electric. The main is located on the ground floor so wire will go from ground floor to the 3rd floor apt (the second floor apt will provide access) -30 - 4 inch halo recessed lighting -30 gfci outlet -3 - 20 amp outlets kitchen -10 - switches -3 -3 way switches -bathroom exhaust fan -3 wall heaters (1 for each bedroom and 1 for hallway) -100 amp panel in the closet of a bedroom -wiring for cable comcast attached is the diagram of the apartment and a sample of the electric work I would like when the apartment is finished (sample electric panel, electric outlets to code, the wall electric heaters, exhaust fan in the bath, the exhaust fan in the kitchen) Please provide your bid with materials or just a labor bid with the wires and I'll buy the finish materials.
