i have free soil for you to pick up. i am excavating a crawlspace to create a utility/storage space. i have been told by both my structural engineer and my concrete contractor that this dirt is low clay. they both told me that it will be excellent for top soil, gardening and growing vegetables. i expect to be removing about 6 yards in the next two weeks. let me know if you are interested.
