Ability to read books is a plus. 4. Basic English speaking skills required. 5. 3 to 5 years of general trade/construction experience preferred. 6. Detailed - must be able to cross your T’s and dot your i’s 7. A coachable attitude and aggressive personality is far more important to us than having any previous experience. 8. A Self-Starter - you don’t need a babysitter to direct you every step of the way 9. Coachability - have a great attitude and a desire to learn each day 10.
