Contractors needed for our rental houses

Our real estate investing company manages and owns several houses in Citrus County. We need to build our list of reliable contractors that we can call on for: * Carpet cleaning * Carpet, tile and flooring installation * Hauling trash and debris * Handyman work (doors, fixtures, decks, trim, drywall, etc.) * Kitchen and bath remodels or repairs * Concrete, installing pavers * Painting interior and exterior * Plumbing repairs, heat tape, etc. * Electrical repair and upgrades Currently we have a 1300sf house in Crystal River needing paint-interior, possibly exterior, front and back porch, and steps; carpet cleaned, two interior doors replaced, seal some plumbing penetrations into interior underneath house, and some pavers installed.
