Attention all commercial plumbers, sprinkler fitters and pipefitters! Our client is searching for multiple plumbing foreman and multiple plumbing mechanics to work with a growing Orlando based organization. Work on new construction projects with a great team of professionals. You will be installing new HVAC and plumbing systems for a company with business from Jacksonville, all the way down the I4 corridor. Great pay and benefits! Commercial Plumbing experience and OSHA 30 certification Mechanics need at least 2 yrs. experience. OSHA 10 certification a plus. Those with less will be considered (1-2 years). Having your own tools is preferable. Bi-lingual a plus. Must have proper documentation (I9, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate) etc. Legal ability to work in the U.S. will occur - you must have original documents (no pictures or screenshots). HVAC Plumbing Foreman Requirements: – Five years of previous plumbing and leadership experience – Extensive knowledge of all phases of plumbing systems – Knowledge of water damage plans – Coordinates installation of plumbing systems with other trades – Monitors testing and disinfection of plumbing systems & inspections – Great Attitude and has the ability to motivate other employees – Leads by Example – Ability to work without supervision – Outstanding Customer Service – Internal & External – Ensures Compliance is being maintained – Ability to represent client professionally in project meetings (in the absence of Project Manager) – Great communication skills both verbal and written – Capable of supervising crews of 12 or for projects with a plumbing scope over $1 M Qualifications: – High school diploma/Trade school diploma – Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing trade – Certifications in 30hr OSHA forklift/lull and aerial lift – Competent person in CPR First Aid and H6010 MedGas – Journeyman Certified DFWP/EOE HVAC Plumbing Mechanic Requirements: – Follows HazCom, Excavation, Trenching and Silica Safety Programs – Knowledge of Water Damage Plan – Willingness to listen and learn – Knowledge of hand and power tools – Proficiency in soldering and blazing copper systems – Ability to read blueprints – Performs testing and disinfection of plumbing systems and inspections – Aid in training and development of plumbing apprentice – Willing to acquire certifications Qualifications: – High school diploma/Trade school diploma – Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in plumbing trade – Certifications in 10hr OSHA forklift/lull and aerial lift – Competent person in CPR First Aid DFWP/EOE
