Looking for an interior painter with years of experience. Must have experience in the following: Drywall patching Blending in ceiling textures to match Removing wallpaper Preparing walls and surfaces for painting Know how to prep and paint kitchen cabinets, doors, trim and window trim Know how to reinstall cover plates, door stops, door knobs, door hinges, etc. Have a positive attitude and be enjoyable. Live in or within 15 minutes of Lincoln. We will have 1 to 2 houses or more each month. Mostly in Lincoln. Must have your own tools and equipment, driver's license and vehicle. We will supply all of the materials. Payments are made as progress payments with the bulk of the payment at the end of the project upon completion. Can be full-time work or contract work. Regardless this is a 1099 Position. Typical houses have ranged in price for the labor from $2,000 - $6,000 depending on the size of the house, number of bedrooms, basement or no basement and painting cabinets, door or trim or not.
