To be considered for this job you must be a TEAM PLAYER with a willingness to learn, make appropriate decisions in challenging situations and a focus on getting things done. Ideal Candidate would be exceptional at focusing on the details, likes to be challenged, is flexible, disciplined, and takes initiative. Duties will include: -Help with upkeep of all marine assets (vessels, moorings, trailers) -Diving Moorings to check on chain and shackles. -Periodic engine maintenance including oil changes, air filters, etc. -Replacing zincs, checking bilge pumps, cleaning sea strainers -Fueling all vessels (3) -Complete shore based projects delegated to you from the Operations Manager. -Maintaining company vehicles -Splicing lines -Cleaning and organizing parts in the warehouse -Being a part of dry docks for vessels -Monitoring daily weather conditions. -Being on call for emergencies (hurricanes, tsunamis) -Fixing small issues that come up that might hinder the smooth operation of our tours. (mic system, small engine issues, crew no shows etc.) Requirements: Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Be comfortable driving large vehicles (cargo van, large truck, trailers) SCUBA Certification is a plus!
