Concrete Coating Technician - We resurface and improve the look and durability of concrete patio's, garages, pool decks, and basements. We grind the surface of existing concrete, vacuum, squeegee and roll on a top coat then broadcast vinyl chips. Once this is dry, we scrape and roll on a top coat. We have large walk behind grinders and also hand grind. The job is moderately physical and requires attention to detail. Painting experience is a plus but not a requirement. This position has potential to grow into a team lead with more responsibility and pay. We have been in business 2+ years and have grow enough to support a second crew. We meet at our shop and drive to the jobs in company vehicles. We work both local and within a 60 mile radius of Eddyville, Kentucky. Customer satisfaction is our goal.
