We are looking for a Mechanic with some electrical skills to perform maintenance on a wide variety of equipment and vehicles in a facility in the Glendale, NY area. In this role you will be performing inspections, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment and other vehicles. You will also be required to perform installs, retro fits and repair of engines, motors, generators, and other mechanical and electrical components. In this role you will be working both indoors and out. The ideal candidate will have: • 2 or more years in repair and maintenance of engine, heavy equipment, or transportation equipment • The ability to read blueprints, schematics and wiring and flow diagrams • A valid driver’s license • The ability to read and follow all safety guidelines • The ability to use hand, power, and air tools safely and effectively • A full Covid vaccination This position pays $24.00 per hour to start, and we are looking to interview immediately.
