We are looking for someone to join our team in helping to maintain 5 Multi-Family Residential Properties in Cambridge. This person must have at least 2 years residential/hotel maintenance experience. This person does not have to be expert in everything but have handyman experience in regards to working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC. This is a job that requires a person to wear many different hats. Important that this person can help with cleaning as much as completing tenant work orders. So very important that can be a self-starter as much as being able to work with the team when needed. The job is Monday to Friday from 830 am to 530 pm with weekly team rotation in regards to covering emergency calls. The farthest building from one another is 1 mile. Must have reliable transportation. There is a $150 gas allowance given each month. Must be able to pass a CORI check. Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time, be able to multi task, reliable, lift up to 50 pounds.
