Last seen at Round Top Commons apartments in Montrose Ny 7/15/22 about 6:35pm. Basil is a brindle color and has a small bald patch on back of his head. He is wearing his collar which is blue in color and has skulls on it. He is a very timid dog, may bark at males but he means no harm. He won’t bite, but also may not go to you. Very sweet boy
