Start your weekend strong with a Friday workout! Join me, Alex Chili, for a free class on Fridays at 12pm. The session will be total body focused with a mix of weights, conditioning and a whole lot of fun. All levels are encouaged and welcome. We will cap the class at 6 people so this is basically a personal training session too.
