1st Course:
• Heirloom Tomato Slice (from our gardens) w/Mozzarella Slice, Pickled Red Onion, Kalamata Olive, Fresh Basil, Fresh Ground Pepper & Pinch of Himalayan Salt & Drizzled w/Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil
2nd Course:
• Fresh Dilly Green Bean Salad (Beans from our gardens) in a Vinaigrette w/Chickpeas & Feta Cheese
3rd Course:
• Mesquite Grilled Chicken Thigh (bone in & skin on) w/Corn Bread Square
4th Course:
• Zucchini Cake (zucchini from our gardens) w/Cream Cheese Frosting & Pistachio Crumbles
Cost is $45 per person (tips not included.)
Gates open at 6:00 pm & first pour is at 6:30 pm. Additional beverages are available for purchase. This event will be held in our Grapevine Pavilion.
