Description

Class topics will include how to plan, freezing meals, simplifying meals, creative ways to use leftovers, altering recipes, keeping food safe and learning to use the MyPlate guidelines for healthy delicious eating. This is a Zoom webinar and the same workshop will be conducted at two different times. The registration fee for both sessions will be $15.00. Participants must register through Eventbrite by August 12th. After participants register through Eventbrite, they will receive an email confirmation containing information about joining the Zoom webinar (they must register through Zoom to attend the workshops). Classes are limited to 50. There are no refunds for the registration fee.
