HiFi Wine Bar is excited to present our next live jazz event with the Dan Balmer Quartet, accompanied by DJ Moldy Fig, who will be spinning rare vinyl during intermission. The $30 ticket guarantees a dedicated seat for the evening, with an extensive wine list and full food menu available throughout the evening About the artist: One of only five musicians to be a member of both The Oregon Music Hall of Fame and the Jazz Society of Oregon Hall of Fame, guitarist Dan Balmer has established himself as a staple of the Portland jazz scene. He will be accompanied by keyboardist Clay Giberson, bassist Bill Athens, and drummer Jason Palmer for an evening of contemporary jazz. Local vinyl DJ Thom Sichta (aka Moldy Fig) will spin Jazz classics before 1st set, during intermission, and after the 2nd set for a truly faithful and celebratory evening dedicated to great Jazz.
