A Helper and a Experienced Construction Worker

I need someone to help me with odds and ends especially strong enough to help with large heavy stone to move. Examples would be: move heavy stones, put up wall bracket, outdoor lights, hang a bug lights, hang wind chimes, wash down a stone patio, help with fixing a fence, etc. Also, a person with experience construction work. I need someone to rebuilt my chicken coop. This job requires someone who as a truck (I have a small economy car). Any ideas to rework a chicken coop would be helpful. The coop is 11 years old and need to be reworked. Payment is in cash. Helper payment is $10 to $12 dollars. Construction person is from $15 to $20 depending on experience. Lastly, I live alone.
