Grab your baby and come to JET Pilates for a special Mommy & Me class, where we will work out while interacting with our babies! This is an entry level fitness class where all are encouraged to attend! We will be working on our pelvic floor and metabolism. This class is suitable for prenatal and postpartum mothers!
