Music in The Gap is back for 2022! RESERVE A VERANDAH OR LAWN TABLE at these FREE CONCERTS on The Gap Stage at Hillsboro's Historic Old Stone School every Friday night from July 8 – September 2. The Lawn & The Gap Bar, serving local beers and wines, and food trucks are open at 6 p.m. Reserve a table for any or all of the fabulous and diverse performances on tap this summer! July 8 - Born Cross-Eyed - Rockers Channeling the Dead July 15 - Texas Chainsaw Horns - Rock, Blues Powerhouse of Horns July 22- Jon Spear Band - Legendary Red Hot Blues July 29 - Chopteeth Afrofunk Big Band - DC's Premier Afrofunk Jazz August 5 - Dunlap & Mabe - Innovative Bluegrass August 12 - The Talton Brothers - Blues & Rock at its Best August 19 - Appalachian Chamber Music Festival with Bluegrass Virtuoso David Asti August 26 - Mostly Fab - Get Back to The Beatles September 2 - Hard Swimmin' Fish - Blues & Roots Local wines and Old 690 Brewing Company beers on sale, food trucks on-site for delicious dining options—along with Virginia's best ice cream from Moo-Thru! No outside alcohol permitted. Leashed dogs are welcome. Concerts are on rain or shine with performances moved into the Old Stone School Auditorium in the event of rain. Alternate table space provided if the show is moved inside.
