Please join the Humane Society of Louisiana for a Cruelty Investigation Workshop for citizens & rescuers. Demetrias Rice, former detective with the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office, will lead this workshop. We will cover state animal cruelty laws and how citizens can aid law enforcement in bringing suspect animal abusers to justice. Light refreshments will be available. Questions?
