Spend an evening at the museum learning how JMM archaeologists and students are working to understand our Native American collections through traditional illustration and 3D printing. With training from our Museum Fellow, Dr. David Walton, try your hand at illustrating a Native American stone tool from Wayne County, IN. Meet our 3D printer and see a live demonstration led by Earlham senior Nicolas Morse.
No background in archaeology or art necessary! Event geared towards ages 18+.
When: Monday, July 25th, 7-9pm.
Where: Joseph Moore Museum, Earlham College, 801 National Rd W, Richmond, IN 47374. (After turning into Earlham’s main entrance, turn left at the first stop sign. Parking available in Visitor Lot G behind the museum.)
