“Why is strength training important for me as runner?” ”How do I execute a strength training program in preparation for ‘X’ event?” These are common questions that I hear from endurance runners of all ages. As a response, I wanted to create this seminar as a resource to empower runners to dive in with me to a science-led and battle-tested philosophy on strength training to enhance running. Then, once an authentic why is championed, I want to take runners through the execution of a wholistic program that keeps you healthy and strong from your training runs all the way to your competitive event. Attendees of this seminar will get lecture and hands-on learning with the number #1 goal being to equip you with the knowledge, conviction and confidence to execute your 11 week strength training program on your own.
