THE GATHERINGBlack Pastors and Leaders Association of Vineyard USAOctober 4-6, 2022 Evanston, IL (Vineyard Church of Evanston) "The Gathering'' is a national leadership conference that seeks to center the cultural and spiritual needs of Black Vineyard leaders while providing a space for them to be encouraged, challenged, and cared for. Attendees will experience dynamic speakers, soulful worship, helpful workshops, soul care, prayer ministry, and more! The Gathering is for Black pastors, leaders, emerging leaders. The Gathering is also open to non-black leaders who are actively engaged in ministry to Black people in the Vineyard. We believe it is important for those pastoring, leading and discipling Black people to show support by accompanying their Black leaders and being willing to learn how they can make a positive impact on those they're leading without doing harm. Non-black attendees should understand that the cultural and spiritual needs of Black people will be centered at this conference. Those attending in larger groups may consider renting a house through AirBnB.
