9-11-22 Uniting an afternoon of yoga and energy work through Asana and Sound Vibrations. Free to Veterans!!! Gratitude to Samadhi Yoga Retreat for donation of space! Featuring: Marti Ewing, 500 RYT and Certified Yoga Therapist ( martiewingyoga.com ) and the amazing Siri Bahadur Khalsa Arrival : 10-11 – Introduction and time to walk the grounds and meditate. 12-1 Marti will guide us in a recuperative practice of Gentle Trauma informed yoga, focusing on opening the heart, and gathering in unity to honor our inner peaceful warrior. Taught in a beautiful cedar meditation pyramid. 1:30-3:30 - Siri will guide us through a teaching and Sound Bath with focus on heart and should connections, accessing the meditative mind and opening to the divine spirit. 3:30 – 4:00 Closing ceremony in honor of 9-11 FREE TO VETERANS Families and friends are welcome for a small donation sliding scale $15 $40 $75
