Mindful Eating
By bringing intention into what we are eat will help our mind and body balance the ques we may normally ignore. Being present in the moment, we will discuss thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations associated with the the food we are enjoying and how it will benefit our nutritional practice. Marnie will be making a snack and provide a beverage for demonstrating how to use this method in daily practice.

Food as Self-care
Making the connection between better gut health and improved mental and physical health will bring awareness to how important what we eat is. We will explore how food affects more than just a scale and waistline. By exploring nutrition as a medium of self-care we can open new pathways to personal well-being. Marnie will be providing a snack and beverage to demonstrate the relationship between food and self-care.

Bridging the Gap
An open discussion on how mainstream nutrition can help or hurt our personal nutrition practice. Together we will talk about traditional dietary theories and what affect they have on our bodies. Marnie will provide a nontraditional snack and beverage to illustrate how to integrate new methods and theories into our daily practice.

Meal Prepping and Cooking Methods
Learning what, when, and how in the kitchen levels up a new nutrition practice without worry. Marnie will discuss how to shorten prep time for your busy life. How different cooking methods have different benefits to certain foods. Marnie will provide a snack and a beverage as demonstration.
