Looking for an outdoor activity that is healthy for your body and spirit? Join us for Outdoor Prayer & Yoga on the Lawn at Faith Lutheran Church! The classes will begin with a short prayer, followed by gentle, calming, and flowing yoga. Since the classes are outdoors, they will be weather permitting. Most weeks, we will be able to move inside in case of inclement weather, but if that is not the case, you will receive an email at least one hour prior to the event if it is canceled. Reserving your spot allows us to contact you in case of weather cancellation. There is no charge to reserve your spot, but a suggested donation of $10 can be made at the time of the event to help keep the class going throughout the summer. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver at the event.
