PARTS AND WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST
A rapidly growing wine, beer and cider processing equipment manufacturer, is looking for an after sales parts coordinator at our Santa Rosa, California site.
The main function of this position is proactive customer sales and business development for the parts division.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Works well with a team
Have a comprehensive knowledge of the goals, objectives, products, and services of the organization
Excellent customer service skills
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Customer order processing, including packing and shipping of spare part orders
Warehouse stock management and planning, including analysis and purchase of needed spare parts
Unpack and sort the stock replenishment
Maintain inventory records, ensuring parts are received and properly recorded. Inventory experience a plus
Occasional pick-up and delivery of parts to customers (requires clean DMV)
Ability to work safely around equipment and chemicals
Implementation of bar code scanning system
Participate in weekly parts/service meetings
Follow written and verbal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bilingual Italian or Spanish is a plus
