Summer camps are packed with fun activities, STEAM-based drills and games and we'll even have snacks and cold drinks too! Recommended for children 6-12yrs. Every Soccer Saints camper receives a Soccer Saints jersey on the first day of camp and players who have played before that request an additional jersey can always be accommodated.  All equipment is provided and we always recommend children wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Cleats and shin guards are not mandatory although you are welcome to wear them if you have them. Tennis shoes, running shoes and sneakers work great for footwear too. Please bring plenty of water too. Every day we'll have a World Cup Tournament and every child will get to captain a team during the week. Team captains get to study the globe and choose a country of their choice without replicating the same country twice within the week furthering their geographical knowledge. There'll be regular drink and cool-down breaks to stay hydrated and a rough daily schedule will go as follows: 8:45am - Children arrive 9:00am - Warming up with foot skills, passing, dribbling and jogging 9:30am - Small sided games of 4v4, 5v5 or 6v6 10:00am - Large group games such as kick ball, foot golf, obstacle course, American penalties or regular penalty shoot-out competition 10:45am - Short break 11:00am - Small group STEAM activities 11:15am - Begin World Cup 11:45am - Lunch break 12:15pm - Resume World Cup 1:00pm - Wrap up camp The Soccer Saints curriculum was created using decades of coaching experience across multiple age groups using age-appropriate teaching and always inclusion rather than exclusion. Soccer Saints is an International Academy Partner with Southampton Football Club in the English Premier League that is very well known for its player development academy. Players have come through the academy and gone on to play for World famous clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and even Real Madrid.
