4 nights 3 days of sharing fence industry specific information to help you increase your profits, lower your stress and grow the business. Remember pennies make babies and babies grow up to be dollars. Our goal with each retreat is to create a family atmosphere of fence geeks alike to share information all day and well into the night. Structured training during the day and talk into the wee hours of the morning to get all the golden nuggets you can fit in a tri-axel dump truck. We will discuss just about everything related to running a successful fence company including, accounting, selling, pricing, inventory, motivating and managing team members, budgeting & forecasting, websites & SEO, reporting and scheduling. Breakfast, lunch, and dinners included. Tickets include a king size room, double occupancy as well with a private bathroom. (Verified all rooms sold have king size beds and bathrooms). There is an indoor pool and two outside hot tubs as well.
