In Asheville, the massage therapist’s spark knocked on Deanna’s heart. She graduated from the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC, and continued on to become a certified Esalen® Practitioner. As someone who was personally impacted by trauma, she found that Esalen® provided a safe and objective space to explore these vulnerable areas within the body and mind. Through this work, Deanna cultivated the sense of coming home to her true spirit. In this place, she has found acceptance, support, and comfort in stillness and flow. It is her dream to share this with her community and to help others come home to themselves. Becca is pursuing her passion for learning about psychology, somatics, & their connection with yoga.
