At this cooking class, we will have a sampling of Cantonese cuisine comprised of a four-course meal of shrimp and pork dumplings, Chinese BBQ pork, beef and vegetables and fried rice.
This meal will be paired with a wine that will be provided at the event.
Dennis Seid was born and raised in Vicksburg, MS; third of three children of Chinese immigrants who came over in 1958. Dennis learned to cook from his father. He has worked at the Daily Journal since 2004.
