Description

At this cooking class, we will have a sampling of Cantonese cuisine comprised of a four-course meal of shrimp and pork dumplings, Chinese BBQ pork, beef and vegetables and fried rice. This meal will be paired with a wine that will be provided at the event. Dennis Seid was born and raised in Vicksburg, MS; third of three children of Chinese immigrants who came over in 1958. Dennis learned to cook from his father. He has worked at the Daily Journal since 2004. Come to the main entrance of All Saints. Someone will be waiting at the door until 5:45 to show you where to go.
