We are writing this note to invite you to a home buying workshop. The goal of this workshop is to help first time home buyers as well as seasoned buyers understand the current market and help you with the home buying process. Our workshop will be on Tuesday August 9th at13671 S. Mur-Len Road Olathe, KS 66062 at 6:30 pm. The workshop will be hosted by Cathy Smith and Tasha Morant. We will have a lender there to walk you through the financial part of the process and answer any questions you have about Loan products. Both Cathy Smith and Tasha Morant are licensed real estate agents in the Kansas (both) and Missouri (Cathy, only) with Keller Williams Realty, Diamond Partners, Inc. Tasha Morant also works with Ad Astra Realty, Inc, primarily a property management company. Ad Astra Realty is company both owned and ran by realtors. We hope to see you there.
