Little white fluffy dog is lost

My little white fluffy dog has wandered off. He won't be able to find his way home without help. He is very old. He can hardly see. He can hardly hear so he won't come if he is called. He will complain if you pick him up but do so anyway. He looks starved and neglected because he has a chronic illness. Please call me at any time day or night if you have seen my dog .
