This event is the first part of a 3 part series(Join for 1 or all 3!)- only 20 spots available for each course1. Training and Rehab for Runners- July 27th 7-8:30pm
2. Training and Rehabilitation for Bikers- August 3rd 7-8:30pm
3. Training and Rehabilitation for Climbers- August 10th 7-8:30pm
ABOUT THIS COURSEThis first course will go through the 2 most common running injuries, how to prevent overuse injuries and the top key components to incorporate in your training as a runner. This event will be followed by a small group workout to apply what we have learned!
Please dress is active attire, bring gym shoes and if you would like a yoga mat for our group exercise at the end.

This course is ran by Dr. Zoe Caliendo, Physical Therapist. Zoe is a local PT that focuses on outdoor athletes. Her specialities are in orthopedics and she completes running gait analysis at one of her two locations. To learn more about Zoe and her services click here
