Sick chameleon

My panther chameleon hasn’t been doing good for over a month. I’ve had him a bit over a year. I messed up, didn’t know, and was feeding him too many meal worms, not enough crickets and he got impacted. Took him to the vet and they removed some stuff from him. Been feeding him the powder food I got from the vet with water and he isn’t getting better. I got him more lights, more humidity. I don’t know how to revive him. He stays on the g round with eyes mostly closed. I know he’s dehydrated. I don’t know how. I don’t want to give him away or sell him. I can’t afford to take him to the vet Again. Looking for help to get my chameleon to survive. I love him and don’t want to lose him ; his name is Stevie.
