Found dog near Ann and Commerce

Found dog on the corner of Hammer and Commerce 7/14. He has a green reflective collar but no tag, or a tag that was held on with a zip tie and fell off. The vet couldn't find a chip on him. He's a small, chihuahua wiener dog looking mix. He's in very good shape for how hot it was outside. He's a very sweet boy. Please email me so we can give him back :)
