All Skill levels  Handyman, Painter, General Laborers   We are need of general laborers, painters, handymen and general laborers for ongoing maintenance and rehabs for several rental properties. Pay will range from skill and experience. Most of the properties are in Northumberland and Sunbury. General Laborer Ability to do physical labor and other physical tasks Knowledge of hand and power tools Will work under supervision of a general contractor General construction, demo, rehab, painting, flooring, roofing Able to climb on ladders Extra pair of hands Cleaning, Lawn care Powerwashing We will supply tools and training if needed Pay $10 - $15 depending on skills, independence and experience Maintenance/Handyman Must have own tools and transport Competent to work independently Pay depends on skills: roofing, flooring, HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc Call/Text 570-701-7134
