Yoga has been used for thousands of years as a holistic modality for physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Asana (yoga poses or movement), one of the eight limbs of yoga, is used to aid in getting the body ready for meditation. This workshop will combine the healing energy of yoga with the interaction of psychodrama to increase connection with self and others. Bottom up healing is embodied, addressing concerns from the perspective of the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. This is a great workshop for clinicians who want to prevent and/or recover from burnout and stress.
