The office of Congressman Dwight Evans, St. Joseph's University, and Philadelphia Passport Agency are hosting an event to assist constituents in processing passport applications.
The event will take place on Saturday July 23rd from 10am until 2pm at St Joseph University- Campion Student Center-Doyle North-5600 City Ave. Phila PA 19131.
*REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED*
The office will be accepting applications, verifying identifying documents, and collecting payment on applications. Please note that processing time is approximately 8-11 weeks.
If more than one person in a family is applying, all applicants must appear in-person, additionally, please select the total number of people in the "ticket" section when making your reservation.

Completed passport application – printable here
2 Passport photos (2” x 2”)
Payment, checks or money orders (we cannot process debit or credit cards)– find complete list of fees here
Proof of US citizenship (must be original or certified copy) – find acceptable forms of proof here
Current ID - find acceptable forms of ID here
If applying as a minor:
Please note that in addition to the above information, either all parents or guardians will need to be present, or one parent/guardian and a signed and notarized parental consent form, found here
