looking for mechanic this weekend to help diagnose truck issues

i have a 06 dodge dakota i need help diagnosing and possibly repairing vacuum lines depending on how much you cost i need good quality worker no drugless and if your not an actual mechanic don't bother replying as i know a lot myself just not everything it has issues of trying to die when i press the brakes the rpms also stick sometimes at higher idle when shifting out of gear and its extremely hard to pump gas like there some kind of back pressure going on i want to get this done this weekend and will pay cash if you can help me figure what to fix and get it fixed this weekend
