Description
Our company remodels houses on the Central Coast and into west Los Angeles. We have a crew of trade laborers who work on our remodels, and we are seeking a Project Manager to help with the labor and management of our remodel projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to physically work on most all aspects of a house remodel, but will be required to have management skills to be able to oversee the daily operations of a project. Some experience work with the following should be included with an applicant:
Tile work
Flooring
Kitchen Remodels
Drywall
Roofing
Landscaping
Demo
Painting
The responsibilities will include:
Subcontractor Management
Trade Laborer Management
Budget Coordination
Project Cost Estimates
On-Site daily assistant with construction
Travel within San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles counties.
Material Ordering and Pickup
Organization
Permit Administration
Record Keeping and Receipts
