loose dog in powderhorn park

Was walking my dogs in powderhorn and came across this guy. Shy, wouldn’t let me let him or grab his collar but liked my dogs and was following us. Tried to lure him home but as soon as we got in the gate he went down the street back towards the park. Had a grey collar but no tags. Unaltered. To be clear I don’t have him with me, just saw him at the park and last thing I saw he was headed back that direction.
