I am looking to rehome my grandparents 1 yr old Male Chihuahua. He is not neutered, but he is a very loving dog, we do not want any rehoming fee just for him to go to a new home they can no longer care for him due to them having some medical issues also we do not live in grand forks, we live in Park River, please contact me for more info.
